About this artwork
In this abstract work, I wanted to capture the intensity of emotions by blending the contrasts of deep blue, black, and touches of gold. Each acrylic brushstroke tells a tumultuous story, an energy in motion.
Calypso naturally evokes the fantastic voyages of Commander Jacques-Yves Cousteau to the far north and Antarctica. The icy effect of the paint on the canvas will bring a breath of fresh air to your interior.
