About this artwork
Original painting on canvas stretched on a 3D frame.
40x30 centimeters or 16x12 inches.
Its thickness of 4 centimeters is very well suited for a frameless suspension, as the edges are painted with matching colors.
The strength of the work is greatly improved compared to a standard thickness.
The canvas hanging on your wall will have a unique dimension, both flat but also in volume like a sculpture, its presence will be increased by the thickness… of the edge.
The use of a knife gives this work a heavy texture and reinforces its presence.
This work will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box and wrapped in bubble wrap for perfect security.
You can hang it without a frame with a surprising effect on your wall.

Credentials
- Experienced Artist
« Sometimes, when I sleep, I dream a very precise vision of a work to paint. »
Thierry Vobmann is an experienced French painter and sculptor with international exposure. He almost exclusively composes abstract paintings, seeking to express everything we can't physically experience: sound, smell, warmth, feeling... that which is still noticeable even if invisible. Vobmann's finished works display an impressive balance of volume, texture and color.
