About this artwork
Here is a work that expresses the madness of a memorable party night, full of music, glitter and flashy colors. It is a memory that we all have in common and which remains forever etched in a corner of our minds.
The intensity of this moment is expressed by a strong black texture deposited on the canvas with a knife, crossed by bursts of colorful and luminous laughter.
The edges are painted black which allows hanging without additional frame.

- Experienced Artist
« Sometimes, when I sleep, I dream a very precise vision of a work to paint. »
Thierry Vobmann is an experienced French painter and sculptor with international exposure. He almost exclusively composes abstract paintings, seeking to express everything we can't physically experience: sound, smell, warmth, feeling... that which is still noticeable even if invisible. Vobmann's finished works display an impressive balance of volume, texture and color.
