About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the raw and poetic essence of nature. Acrylic allowed me to play with texture, mixing realism with touches of impressionism. The earthy shades against this enigmatic sky invite contemplation. It brings a breath of authenticity and tranquility, inviting us to meditate on the wild beauty of the world around us.

« Sometimes, when I sleep, I dream a very precise vision of a work to paint. »
Thierry Vobmann is an experienced French painter and sculptor with international exposure. He almost exclusively composes abstract paintings, seeking to express everything we can't physically experience: sound, smell, warmth, feeling... that which is still noticeable even if invisible. Vobmann's finished works display an impressive balance of volume, texture and color.
