About this artwork
In this work, I have captured the tension between structure and chaos by combining geometric forms with vibrant acrylic texture. The black areas symbolize depth, while the delicate textures suggest movement and life. This painting brings a powerful yet meditative energy to any room and invites the viewer to immerse themselves in a world of contrasts and balance.
Thomas Baumdicker works as a painter, draftsman and sculptor.
He has been painting and drawing since childhood. His craft was refined through the Villa Wieser art school, his architecture studies at the TU Dresden, and his work projects. His technique thrives on the exciting crossover between abstraction, realism, and hyperrealism, allowing him to constantly create new visual realities. With his works, he captures moments in the flow of time and challenges the viewer – always with the aim of igniting wonder and admiration for the beautiful and the incomprehensible.
