About this artwork
I wanted a bit of action in the studio and a bit of up to date connection with some old walkman...Colours came first! no renaissance inspiration just something made directly on the canvas. I worked intently wet in wet through2 days and then waited a week until I put the last layers of Damar resin mixture with heavy sunbleeched linsed oil. I did like at once and to me the painting is a turning point in doing paintings a bit faster, close to action…
