About this artwork
In China, the dragon is seen as a symbol of good luck and is celebrated in many ceremonies. Working in the soft soapstone requires its own technique and a lot of sensitivity, but not with that
too much material is removed - my passion for sculpture began with this type of rock. This dragon became a friendly fellow despite his fearsome teeth.
