About this artwork
Behind the Surface – Studies of Human Staging...
This work attempts to capture the raw power and vulnerability of the human body. The interplay of light and shadow accentuates every muscle contour, conveying a sense of vibrancy and presence. It invites the viewer to consider themselves from a new perspective and discover their own sensuality. This painting brings an intense, authentic energy to any room.

« Art is a scheme to expose the hypocrites. »
Thomas Pramhas is a multi-disciplinary Austrian artist whose works have featured in exhibitions, publications, prizes and permanent collections worldwide. With previous professional experience in advertising and creative direction, he brings a polished touch to his figurative explorations of intrigue, hypocrisy and seduction. Pramhas's primary fascination is the life that lies behind facades, and he represents this artistically through a striking mix of figures, expressions and colours.
