« What I am after in my work is to create fine art that will survive, because of its quality and personal meaning. Finding collectors who see that in my work is a great satisfaction to me. »
Thor Wickstrom is a painter and draftsman based in the United States whose works have been exhibited nationally. New York and its everchanging landscape, as well as people in transit, and all that is industrial are the central themes in his works. In addition, Wickstrom explores ideas relating to change, in both physical and imaginary places. He creates using oils and acrylics on linen or canvas.
