About this artwork
In this piece, I poured raw emotion into swirling pigments, blending acrylic and oil to evoke warmth and light. The abstract forms carry a dreamy, surreal energy that sparks imagination and introspection. I wanted this painting to radiate golden sunlight into your space, lifting spirits and inviting peaceful reflection. It’s a celebration of light breaking through, a visual embrace of hope and quiet joy.
As always, I leave the viewer the freedom… to interpret the work. The painting is done with high quality artist materials on canvas. Signed in the back of the painting. Painting is ready to hang with a wire, also sides of the painting are painted.
Tiina Herttua is a Finnish visual artist and painter (BFA) who works primarily in oil, acrylic, and natural pigments, with an extensive background and formal art studies in fine arts and art theory. Her expressive, often abstract works combine bold colors with suggestive reductions, occasionally referencing representational elements and landscapes. She experiments with a range of techniques—often en plein air—imbuing each piece with the luminous beauty of natural light and a profound, joyful reflection on humanity’s relationship with nature, inspiring deep contemplation and emotional resonance in the viewer. Herttua lives and works in Southern Finland and Sicily, Italy.
