About this artwork
In this work, I let myself be carried away by the music. The vibrant colors and impulsive movements were brought to me by the plucking of the strings (or pizzicati) of the music I was listening to.
Impressionism allows me to express emotional spontaneity. Each movement that my hand left on this canvas resembles the short notes that the musician's hand, freed from the bow, produces by directly plucking the strings of his instrument.
I used acrylic… and ink for spontaneous work and playing with texture and transparency.
