Tomas Hammar

« For me, balance is everything. On the one hand, I break things down mathematically and calculate beauty; on the other, I let chance and coincidence challenge me to evolve. »
Tomas Hammar is a gifted Swedish painter who has exhibited his works in Sweden, France and Luxembourg. Working within abstract expressionism and primarily using acrylic paint paired with palette knives and sponges, he composes sleek, luminous abstract pieces with soothing colour combinations and a mathematical touch.
