About this artwork
Despite the almost Mediterranean light in this painting, this building is actually in Brighton. Shortly after this was painted the owners had the building repainted but left this doorway as it is here.

Tony Feld is a British self-taught artist currently living and working in Yorkshire, UK. Always using art as a vessel for creative expression, he was gifted a small set of oil paints at the age of thirteen, which further fuelled his interest in art, so much so that he has pursued it ever since. His figurative art explores both humans and wildlife and the different environments that they inhabit.
