The work moves through a restrained palette of soft neutrals—grays, muted greens, and pale pinks—where gestural lines emerge and recede within a shifting atmospheric field. Earlier marks remain partially visible, softened and interrupted, suggesting a structure that is remembered rather than defined.
The composition holds in a quiet, unsettled space, where forms… do not fully resolve but continue to influence what is seen.
The painting reflects a process of reduction and return, allowing certain elements to surface again with less certainty and greater subtlety.
