About this artwork

The way autumn comes back so suddenly, with a wet shower, the earth is wet as regret for a sunny summer that has just ended. It was like someone's hand-pulled a curtain across, and the sun gave way to chilly skies. I love the autumn rains like the way poets love their muses like crazy. Sitting on the porch watching the heavy raindrops falling on the yard was like watching your lover play a dance. Autumn still goes by after summer dries up. The rain… still sows smoldering day and night, sometimes heavy, sometimes refreshing. Are people angry with the rain? I have. I sulked like someone who had lost love in his heart.
