About this artwork
In my artwork, I capture the aura of an aged minibus that tells stories from its wrinkles and scars. There are thousands of them travelling around Cairo. Using acrylic paints and realistic accuracy, I captured its rugged texture and silent character. This painting brings a nostalgic energy to any home, a tribute to the past and present, and to the beauty in decay.
