Escape routes – why are they there, what is the reason for them, who has to flee and why? Well, interpreting this image is left to each viewer – but perhaps it represents a hasty escape from a threatened country, from a country at war, an escape from a threatening marriage, from an unsatisfying job.
There are plenty of ways to escape; what's still missing is the right path, because here too there are several possibilities. Here is the path to happiness—to… what kind of happiness? Well, perhaps it's a new job, a new love, true love, the path to family life—everything is possible, but the main thing is that it is indeed the path to happiness.
