Chinese painter Unos Lee taught himself to paint as a child. He later changed interests and became a professor of computer art, before turning back to painting.
His subjects include desire, gender, instinct, life, and death. Lee chooses his style to suit the feeling he wants to express, and enjoys infusing realism with elements of surrealism and expressionism. Working with oil and acrylics on canvas, cardboard, and wood, Lee's varied works are provocative, powerful, and energetic.
