About this artwork
The new carrier material Mylar is a new project of the artist.
Both oil and acrylic colors behave very differently on this surface than on canvas.
Nonetheless, Ute Bivona composes an accustomed colorful ensemble of colorful, almost translucent surfaces, strong, expressive color strokes and filigree graphite markings, creating a colorful, wild natural landscape that only exists in her imagination. Her so-called "soul landscape" shows once again… her deep attachment to nature, which gives her support, deep relaxation and joie de vivre. So with this picture a firework of colors and lines, an expression of pure zest for life - their party!

As a child, she often felt abandoned and alone and fled into the magical world of colors, painting, drawing and reading to feel better. Through her lively abstract compositions, she tries to express her moods, thoughts, fears, hopes, sadness and joy and to take the viewer into her joyful, peaceful and, above all, colorful world.
