About this artwork
In this work, I explored the fusion of textures and colors using acrylics, markers, and spray paint to create an abstract and symbolic composition. Dynamic splashes and bold black and white shapes contrast with vibrant pops of yellow, evoking a dialogue between controlled chaos and an explosion of creative energy. This piece represents the struggle and beauty of self-expression through visual chaos, inviting the viewer to reflect on the power of…
words and symbols in our daily lives.

Valco (born in 1981) is a self-taught artist whose universe draws its roots in graffiti, the street and contemporary calligraphy, laying the foundations of a raw and instinctive visual language.
Today, his lettering, sometimes repeated, sometimes superimposed, forms dense and vibrant compositions that invite the viewer to immerse themselves in a careful reading. Between abstraction and writing, his works exude a singular energy where emotions, messages and punchlines intertwine.
Valco inscribes his style in the tradition of street art, while asserting a personal identity deeply marked by calligraphy. His creations demonstrate a constant dialogue between spontaneity and graphic rigor, offering a space where urban rhythms, intimate moods and contemporary pulses intersect.
