This Art - work is part of the project "Insect life".
The paint is made in the author's technique of painting by Vasili Zianko based acrylic painting on canvas using a variety of textures, washes, the finest glazing, volumetric contours.
The project consists of 15 paintings measuring 100 × 80 cm, made with acrylic paints on canvas using the author's technique. These works represent a single whole compositional space. The plastic forms of each of… the paintings have no boundaries, they smoothly flow into one another, creating a holistic structure and inspiring the viewer with the illusion of constant, continuous rotation. The compositional art-works is a certain prototype of the structure of the atom and the Universe, micro- and macrocosm. The semantic code of the project is also a parallel between the insects world and society. In these two seemingly autonomous worlds, the same laws of nature operate.

Vasili Zianko is an artist based in Austria whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions in Belarus, Russia, and Poland.
