About this artwork
DANCERS II
The movement no longer hesitates. Here the body doesn't begin: it continues.
The forms expand and overlap, responding to an invisible music. The technique accompanies the impulse: direct acrylics, black lines that define without containing, and a composition that balances the chaos. The colors—fuchsias, oranges, turquoises, and yellows—vibrate and generate an almost physical energy.
Here, emotion is not ordered: it is expressed.…
It's a piece that transforms a space. It adds character, vitality, and a presence that breaks with neutrality. It doesn't just decorate: it activates.
Dancers II is a sustained rhythm.

Vera Karina Cannita uses acrylics on canvas or wood and comes from a background in audiovisual communication, human resources, and gastronomy, although her dedication to painting is self-taught and has been a passion since childhood. She employs intuitive and free techniques, fusing non-normative human bodies, nature, and symbolism with uninhibited colors and distorted forms that defy conventions. Her works radiate authenticity and vulnerability, conveying joy, truth, and the profound emotion of daring to be oneself without masks.
