About this artwork
Vortex is a series of paintings in a small format that centers around energies. Each work is a whirlwind of intention and a meditation in itself, no two are alike, just as no two moments in time are alike. Each painting captures the energy of the moment it was created.
Vortex 8 is a golden orange. The color of enthusiasm and emotion. Orange exudes warmth and joy and is considered a fun color that provides emotional strength. It is optimistic and… uplifting, ads spontaneity and positivity to life and it encourages social communication and creativity. It is a youthful and energetic color.
Gallery wrapped canvas, sides are painted. Sealed with two coats of varnish. Ready to hang.

« Geometric abstract art with a good measure of colorful mixes thrown in. »
Veronica Russek is an artist based in Mexico whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States. Her geometric abstract compositions are the result of her love of experimentation with color, patterns, and repetition. In addition, Russek explores themes that pertain to society and the manner in which we are interconnected with everything. Her bold works are created using acrylics on canvas.
