About this artwork
"Home Sweet Home" is a project exploring the perception of home. I visualized this concept as a 25-meter-long, 3-meter-high wallpaper installation, comprising over 520 photo images in a tile layout.
Without restrictions in technique or genre, the faces, objects, actions, interiors, and exteriors shown illustrate the perception of "home" for contemporary people in their cultural diversity. These images function both literally and figuratively, concretely… and abstractly, all subject to the central concept: without people, there is no home.
The work is printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Photo Rag® 308 paper.
