About this artwork
In my work, I seek to capture the essence of serenity and mystery. With ceramic I modeled this slender and soft shape, inspired by the pure and timeless lines that invite contemplation. This work reflects the depth of our most subtle emotions, proposing a space of calm and reflection in any environment where it is located. It is a celebration of the quiet power of simplicity.

Vicky Pérez is an Argentine and Spanish sculptor living in Mallorca who works in ceramics and resins. His technique includes modeling in clay and baking his pieces in a ceramic oven, or alternatively, making molds for his works and unmolding them in resin, cement or other materials. To finish his figures he uses cold polychrome, inspired by Egyptian and medieval art. This feminist artist imbues her works with the vitality and love of life, typical of the female gender, so contrary to war and destruction. Transmitting a message of empowerment towards women and invoking a more just, pacifist and respectful society.
