About this artwork
Set me free...
I want peace. Simple peace of mind. So that when the rockets don't fly. So that when alarms do not buzz. For people to live freely in a free country.
Sometimes you want to go to bed earlier to live in a fantasy world. Where covid 19 is the biggest problem of all.
Sometimes I want to be freed from the issue, from the thought that the war is still there. Kind of a primitive desire, right? It's just a simple desire to live. The desire… to develop and create something beautiful.
Sometimes you just want to be a kid. Not responsible for anything. Nothing to think about. Just eat, walk and sleep. Such periods of life really happen. At my mother's house, I feel loved just like that.
Sometimes you just want to believe in victory. I know that the Armed Forces are doing everything to liberate our occupied territories - and we will succeed.
