Sculpture title: Mythos.
A stand alone sculpture. This piece can be enjoyed 360 degrees, from which ever way you view this sculpture one can always find a pleasing angle.
A total of ten brass rods have been inserted into drill holes of birch ply that varies in thickness. These rods form the framework for the forms to attach too.
Collectively the forms and rods come together to express something anthropomorphic. It's unclear what this figurine… is precisely , hence the title 'Mythos'.
This piece measures :
Height: 19 inches (48cm)
Width: 9 inches (23cm)
Depth: 5 inches (13cm)
The piece is signed and dated on the underside of the base.
