About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the timeless joy and striking expressiveness through bright, bold colors, typical of pop art. Using acrylic on canvas, I express a dynamism that pulses through the subject's dazzling smile. It is a celebration of life and the brilliance of each moment lived with passion. This painting conveys not only a vibrant energy but also a homage to the iconic era of black and white cinema, reimagined with a contemporary flare.
Vincent DEPLANO
France
Vincent Deplano, from a line of painters, uses acrylic on canvas combined with fluorescent pigments. His painting knife techniques accentuate his figurative style, ironically depicting the aberrations of modernity. Through his works, Deplano encourages us to examine the emptiness of appearances.
