Vito Difilippo (b. 1988, Monopoli, Italy) has exhibited in various cities across Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and China. His research began in Puglia, between the Murgia plateau and the sea, original territories that continue to nourish a constantly evolving visual language, encompassing self-taught painting, abstract expressionism, conceptual art, Arte Povera, sculpture, and photography.… His work treads a subtle line between the natural and the artificial, the archaic and the contemporary, inviting us to rediscover a possible harmony between fragility and strength. What emerges is an abstract, intimate, and visceral narrative, in which matter and gesture converge to shape new expressive possibilities.
