About this artwork
What interests me here is not the image but the surrender of control - I set the conditions and step back, trusting the mesh, the sprayed paint and water poured blind more than my own hand. This work doesn't depict luck - it's built the way luck itself is built: dispersed, procedural, indifferent to my intentions.

Wadim Sei is a painter with a background rooted in Minsk’s Art School No. 1, advanced studies in graphic design, and international residencies that have shaped his global perspective. He employs conceptual abstraction using multi-layered acrylics, airbrushing, mixed media, and innovative techniques with stencils and industrial mesh; each piece balances intentional precision and the poetry of unpredictability. His art radiates with tension and curiosity, urging viewers to confront the delicate boundary between control and chaos and to reflect on the unseen forces shaping their realities.
