About this artwork
In my artwork "Frosty," I captured the quiet elegance of a bare tree shrouded in fog. The soft gray/blue tones and the play of light and shadow reflect the serene, almost meditative mood of a frosty winter day. This painting is intended to offer the viewer a moment of peace and contemplation, a respite from the hectic pace of everyday life. It is intended to bring an atmosphere of calm and contemplation to any room in which it hangs.

Walter Adler, trained in design and photography, developed his career in the Rhine-Main area. He uses an experimental technique in which visual material is transferred onto aluminum dibond with a special varnish and printed on handmade washi paper. His style strives for playfulness, abstraction, and experimentation, beyond the concrete depiction of reality. Through his artistic vision, Adler represents resistance and rebellion against the constraints of existence.
