About this artwork
In this work, I captured the delicate fusion of reality and dream, inspired by spiritual purity and inner light. The vibrant blues and delicate roses symbolize hope and protection. I wanted the image to radiate a calming, energetic presence that would bring peace and mystical harmony to your space.
My own, distinctive technique on silk –
created with fine special colors and bright pigments.
I dream my pictures,
Visions that arise from deep within… me.
Before the first brush stroke touches the silk,
the work in my heart has long been completed.
Walter Zettl uses painting on silk, combined with photography and digital techniques; his career oscillates between artisan training, decades of self-discovery, and international exhibition experience. He develops a unique, two-handed painting technique, combining luminous colors, abstract and surreal elements, geometric precision, and concentric patterns into visionary compositions on silk—always in dialogue between light and darkness. In his works, he conveys pure joie de vivre, courage, and spiritual depth, inviting the viewer on an emotional, colorful journey of experience.
