Gestural painting is a most rewarding challenge. The painted line cannot be changed once it has been made. The quality of the brush strokes are critical to the overall expression of the image. Each model has their own lines and rhythm within their body. I love finding the lines that best match the people I'm painting. It's always an inspiring experience full of discovery and revelation. The human body is truly remarkable.
