About this artwork
A local bird in Australia's North East, gives the most amazing sound at night, like someone crying out. They call to each other, though it's a bit of a spooky sound, for the Wendy it brings that feeling of a thunderstorm in the distance, kind of soothing.
The symbology for the curlew is pretty cool, so have a little read:
