About this artwork
In this piece, I poured my passion for texture and depth into every brushstroke, blending acrylic and plaster to evoke the raw, untamed energy of nature. The earthy tones and raised surfaces invite you to explore the tactile sensation and hidden stories beneath. This artwork brings a dynamic, grounding presence to any space, inspiring reflection and connection to the organic forces that shape us.
Weronika Bowżyk is an abstract artist specializing in textured painting. After completing her studies at Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw and Nova School of Business in Lisbon, she decided to return to art and established @murandi.art project.
Her work is inspired by landscapes, emotions, and travel, with surfing being a main theme in her paintings.
Her paintings inspire viewers to pay closer attention to the objects and landscapes around them - their textures and colors - and, in doing so, foster deeper reflection on how these elements influence their emotional states and overall well-being.
