About this artwork
In this painting, I wanted to convey the urgency of change, an emotional and mental reset. The disjointed, colorful figure expresses contrasts: sensuality, power, fragility. The work vibrates with energy and challenges the viewer to reflect on life and its complexities, bringing a regenerating and provocative force to the space in which it will be exhibited.

Widmer Tassinari, with a background in drawing from a young age, vents his creativity on large canvases using oil and acrylic paints. His technique is guided by instinct and varies from the use of finger spatulas, through brushes and pencils, in a flow of imagination and the unconscious. Tassinari's works are a tumult of emotions, where the perfect disorder of his gestures and colors reveal the obscure magic of the unconscious and seal the moment with splinters of pure madness.
