Station 0 from the series Painter on the Road. The title speaks to a universal condition: sleepwalking through a life dictated by routine, algorithm, and expectation. A solitary figure sits trapped within a grid of charcoal lines and muted washes, not yet aware of the cage. The layered surface of ink, charcoal, and paint echoes the process itself: building up and breaking down until only the essential tension remains.
