About this artwork

The spiral, the spine cord, the chain of our DNA holds all memory fragments of our existence. Memory defines existence and the fragments reflect what was a unified whole. During the personal inner search process, fragments emerge as points of existential reference and self-awareness. As one proceeds in life the spiral continues maintaining and releasing, embracing the new and evolving through experience. All stipulated in cordial fragments. The painting… changes depending on how it is lit and positioned.
Brief color analysis:
Red signifies the earth plane, the body, the physical realm, the first chakra.
Dark blue symbolizes seeing with clarity, the third eye, the pineal gland, the energy of the sixth chakra.
Turquoise blue shows will-power, the energy of giving and receiving, the 5th chakra.
