About this artwork
Lights are not easily recognizable, almost invisible, but do exist everywhere in the world.
YongHo Park believes real beauty can be felt within the heart. He expresses brilliant light in his mind that spreads just like gentle waves on the surface of the water. The main material of this artwork ‘Draw the light’ is stainless steel wire that is combined with wood panel. He’d like to show the delicate and elaborate characteristic of metal by using thin… stainless steel wires in unique colors. And he hopes people can hear what he talk through the work and feel the intrinsic beauty of lights and warm sensibility of metals.

« I'm a metal artist, who applies metal works to painting, seeking their harmony. Through soft and delicate metals, I try to draw beautiful emotions from everyday life. »
YongHo Park is an artist based in South Korea whose works have been exhibited nationally, in Japan and the United States. He credits working as an interior designer for realizing the significance of the balance between artworks and space, as well as their connection to everyday life.
