About this artwork
Imagine for a moment the absolute silence of space, just before the first spark ignites. It is this moment of pure tension that I wanted to capture on canvas: the birth of a galaxy.
In this work, the deep blues represent the immensity of the unknown, while the bursts of gold and silver symbolize matter awakening. The central structure, both geometric and organic, evokes the order that emerges from chaos. I worked the material in relief so that this… explosion of energy could be physically felt.
For me, painting this galaxy is a celebration of beginnings. It's a reminder that, even in the densest darkness, light always finds a way to structure itself, swirl, and shine. By inviting this artwork into your home, you're not just welcoming colors, but the symbol of a universe in flux, a source of infinite energy that reminds us that anything is possible from the very beginning.
