About this artwork
In this oil work, I captured a moment of intimacy and reflection, borrowing from pop art and the figurative to trace the contours of a contemporary reverie. The character, immersed in contemplation, evokes melancholy and tranquility, inviting a pause in a hectic world. The energy of this painting will infuse your interior with a space of serenity and lasting beauty.

« A realistic portraitist, inspired by the cinema and its characteristic framing, I capture moments of a situation, like a contemplative stop in a journey of colors and expressions. »
Yvan Favre is an artist based in France whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in the United States. In addition, his art has been featured in publications such as Fubiz, Le Dauphiné, Risunoc, etc. Through his realistic works, Favre endeavors to portray themes relating to the suspension of time.
