Yvonne Mostard is a sculptor based in the Netherlands whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Belgium, France, the United States, Italy, and Denmark. Her art examines the "secret understanding between desire and change". The forms that arise in Mostard's pieces are often symbolic or metaphorical. She qualifies their appearance as being sober, still, introverted, and mystical. Continuously experimenting with various materials, she favors wood, resin, lead, plaster, stone, copper, and neon.
