About this artwork
‘Inverse’ is a minimalist abstract painting, but in a more specific description, it is geometric. Well after all, the geometric is derived from the minimalistic if not mistaken. I have been painting in and around of this style for some time, even when being oblivious of these movements, seemingly allured subconsciously as to speak from my creativity of light forms and amplifications. This painting lends itself to geometric art I guess even more so from the slightly illusionistic impression it gives off due its lines and amplifications. From the colour rendering, I gave an inward and an opposite outward disposition with the help of the contours as well. It is simplistic in style, but subtly demanding at the same time and harmonising aesthetically.
