About this artwork
There’s a quiet magic in overcast days — a kind of stillness that softens everything it touches.
"Mainly Cloudy" captures that mood: the city resting under a heavy sky, where rooftops blend into a muted palette of brown, gray, and warm stone. It’s not dramatic — and that’s its power. In the silence of this moment, details begin to glow: the curve of a dome, the rhythm of windows, the subtle shift in light.
This painting speaks to introspection, to… finding peace not in sunshine, but in shadow. It invites the viewer to pause — and simply look.
• Oil on canvas
• White-painted edges for a clean finish
• Protected with a satin varnish
• Signed on both sides, Certificate of Authenticity included
• Shipped ready to hang, securely packed

« Art is a setting for emotional contact between people. »
Art, for me, is a place where color becomes emotion and emotion becomes connection.
I work mainly with oil and watercolor, exploring how light, rhythm, and texture can turn feelings into form. My visual world moves between landscapes, cityscapes, water lilies, human figures, and abstract compositions, revealing both stillness and energy.
Each canvas is crafted by hand — I assemble the stretcher from wooden bars, select the fabric, stretch it carefully, and build the ground layer. This physical process is essential to my work: it allows me to sense the material fully, so that every painting carries its own rhythm and vitality.
Beyond process, I see painting as an evolving dialogue — between what I know and what I continue to discover.
My works have been exhibited in Ukraine and across Europe, and collected by art lovers in nearly thirty countries. Through each piece, I aim to create a quiet resonance — a space where viewers can pause, feel, and connect.
