A curation by Vlad Merariu, Curator at Dance Artworks Gallery - Bicycle is a collection that follows the humble, joyful geometry of two wheels across continents and registers. Lara Vald's luminous oil Angel. and Francesco Capello's monumental linen canvases give the bicycle a near-sacred weight, while Yaroslav Yasenev's spray-paint pop urbanism and Maria Kireev's sun-drenched Tel Aviv bring it back to the street, loose and alive. Enrica Toffoli's intimate acrylic-and-ink works follow a single fictional cyclist, Domè, through suspended roads and blue journeys, threading a quiet narrative through the collection. Across oil, acrylic, gouache, and spray paint, the moodboard is cobalt blue and asphalt grey, bursts of primary colour, long shadows on warm pavement and the particular freedom that only a bicycle, in motion, can mean.
