A curation by Rose Boutboul, Independent Curator at - This selection explores the artwork's capacity to become a light source in itself, capable of transforming the atmosphere of a space. The collection focuses on plays of reflection and brilliance: it includes mixed media incorporating gold or silver leaf, as well as acrylics worked with glossy varnishes that capture and reflect natural light. The curation also highlights oil paintings on canvas that play on radical chiaroscuro contrasts, creating an almost nocturnal depth from which bursts of incandescent color emerge. Between abstract compositions with iridescent pigments and works on paper with crystalline transparencies, each piece uses the texture of the support to interact with sunlight or ambient lighting, making art a living and radiant element of design.
