A curation by Natalie Slater, Art Agent at Snap Collective - 'Neon Infrastructures' is a curation of works that approach the future as a lived industrial environment—dense, layered, and in constant motion. Across digital media, painting, and mixed processes, cities appear as systems shaped by technology, architecture, and artificial intelligence.
Skylines break into stacked structures. Airspace is occupied by moving vehicles. Human figures exist alongside machines, sometimes merging with them. These works reference familiar visions of the future—neon light, mechanical surfaces, engineered bodies—but remain anchored in architectural logic rather than spectacle.
The future presented here is neither utopian nor dystopian. It is operational. Crowded. Built for circulation, production, and survival. The boundary between human and machine is present, but no longer stable.
