Pure Paper Skin - curated by Giulia Falcone

A curation by Giulia Falcone, Art Expert || • Curator • Senior Advisor • Critic • Mentor at International Galleries and Institutions - Paper manifests itself as a living skin, a sensitive surface capable of recording every pressure, every mark, every chromatic vibration. Thin and essential like the skin, it carries within it a strength that resists time: it welcomes the gesture and retains it, transforming it into a permanent trace. An ancient yet radically contemporary medium, paper embodies the paradox of fragility and durability. It's a material that breathes and transforms, open to painting, drawing, printing, and experimentation, always ready to renew its language. In this curation, part of the Pure Paper Skin — Dialogues exhibition, paper does not appear as a backdrop, but as the protagonist: an autonomous body, capable of entering into direct dialogue with the artist and the viewer, generating an immediate, intimate and resonant experience.
