A curation by Vlad Merariu, Curator at Dance Artworks Gallery - Spanish Inner Theatre gathers contemporary artists from Spain through a charged language of body, gaze, mask, colour, and desire. Fares Micue turns the figure into a quiet symbol suspended between nature and self-reflection. Enric Aromi-Masriera brings veils, faces, and theatrical stillness, while Raúl Lara gives the body pressure, contact, and fracture. Josep Pozo opens the scene to drag, costume, and freedom. Across painting, collage, digital work, and works on paper, Spain appears here less as landscape than as an inner stage: luminous, sensual, tense, and alive. The collection follows figures caught between exposure and disguise, intimacy and performance, creating a contemporary Spanish moodboard where the body becomes emotion, image, and theatre.
