A curation by Zoe MN, Independent Curator at - The banquet brings people together. It is a celebration, a meeting, and a sharing. Through "Les Banquets," this exhibition explores food as a universal language, capable of speaking to all the senses and all cultures, but it is also a moment of reflection and awareness. It celebrates the art of eating, not as a simple biological act, but as a moment of sharing, creation, and transmission. In a world where nearly a third of the food produced is thrown away while millions of people still suffer from hunger, the banquet becomes a question: who is at the table, who is left out? What is being celebrated?
